We are fortunate to have so many friends from all over the country and all over the world who are coming to Philadelphia to help us celebrate. Because our guests come from so many different religious and cultural backgrounds, it was suggested to us that we write up a brief explanation of the Jewish ceremony and Jewish wedding traditions to give our guests greater context for all of the goings-on.
